Chahrazade Baroudi, who was born in April 27, 1984 is now Sales and Marketing Manager in charge of the development of the Food & Beverage section - By Alain Ducasse at the Museum of Islamic Arts in Doha, Qatar.
As Chahrazade Baroudi loves traveling, discovering new experiences, cultures, concepts of hotels and restaurants, she decided to join Lyon Vatel School.
She became a “vatelian” with obtaining a Master's Degree in 2013.
The Museum of Islamic Art in Doha is the largest museum in Doha, Qatar. It features a collection of works of Islamic art from the 7th to 19th century.
Qatar Museum Authority is chaired by Sheikha Mayassa whose vision is to make Doha the cultural capital of the Middle East.
To be head of Sales, Marketing and Events of F&B sections departments at the Museum, means to manage 3 cafés and restaurants, a catering company and the first of Alain Ducasse restaurant in the Middle East: IDAM (Alain Ducasse Entreprise).
Chahrazade’s position and tasks:
- Develop a strategy: by identifying areas for improvement and make recommendations, by providing Competitive Intelligence and by inspiring the strategic plan with new innovations.
- End of Season Review through Feedbacks - customers’ feedback and business performance
- Human Resources: through staff and employees follow-up, by being a source of proposals on recruitment and staffing matters, by participating in the definition of training content to ensure the development of teams’ skills and attitudes
- New services roll out and optimization of existing services by formalizing the feedback from the implementation of these new services
