This award will be attributed for the development of innovative digital tools to support direct hotel sales for the benefit of hotel groups and the promotion of their brands: websites, CRS, CRM, connected devices, digital services...
The candidates will be evaluated according to the following criteria:
1. The innovative aspects in terms of interactivity, service quality and guest experience compared to the implementation costs
2. The capacity to develop and extend the scope of this new concept or to integrate it into the brand strategy.
3. Efficiency of the actions implemented in terms of revenue, brand recognition etc.
