I started my career in Hotel Industry as Front Office Associate at Le Meridien in 2009 (Starwood Group). To get exposure in Pre- Opening team I joined IHG at Holiday Inn, Mumbai in 2010 which was a great learning experience. I developed myself with my hardwork and passion and received recognition for Priority club (Loyalty Programme).

To further add experience in my professional graph I joined Ibis Novotel Tech Park, Banglore in 2011 as Team Leader - Front Office. As it was a bigger inventory and was the first combo-property of Accor in South India, its pre-opening team experience gave me growth in my career.I learnt different culture and took it as a challenge to develop myself. I became more confident inoperations handling. I felt overwhelmed when my hard work was recognized and received promotion and transfer to Ibis Nashik (Pre- Opening) in November 2011 as Duty Manager.

I further groomed myself and became more proactive and actively participated in training,coordinating, delegating work to team members. I became more responsible when I became Le Club Ambassador from Ibis Nashik. Again due to my hard work I received opportunity to work with Hotel Formule1 Ahmedabad in February 2014 which was a promotion for me. This role has given me more exposure where I started to supervise housekeeping & reservation and other operations of the hotel as well.

My ability in computer Know-How has added up to attributes and made me pro-techno to use IT infrastructure within our hotel. Within short span of last 5 years I had reached to the designation of Operations Manager that demonstrate my leadership skills.

Going along with different roles and with different teams has just been easy for me because of my interpersonal skills & adaptability. Besides all it is my teamwork which helped me to achieve operational excellence especially at Hotel Formule1 Ahmedabad. New Loyalty Programme PAYBACK implementation at Hotel Formule1 Ahmedabad and going up on TripAdvisor signifies my key role at current position besides other key performance Indicators.
