Appart’City- offbeat advertising campaign for the 25-45 age group

The advent of the new apart-hotels french leader Long standing accommodation provider in France, Appart’City comes with new ambitions

Thanks to a strategical merge, Appart’City stands as the apart-hotel leader in France, with 120 residences.

After having studied the french market health, opportunities and guest wishes, Appart’City comes with new ambitions.

Appart’City has now a new identity based on a simple and recognizable concept : fully equipped apartments ready to live in, with kitchen corner, and on request hotel services. Its directive line : only pay as you consume, at the best price.

The offer consists in 2 ranges :

-          Smart prices for 2 to 3 stars apart-hotels : Appart’City range

-          Comfort and design for 3 to 4 stars apart-hotels : Appart’City Confort range

It’s all been thought in order to make our guests’ life easier, with Appart’City all is easy. Easy to book, easy to live in, easy to chose your services… Appart’City, it’s easy !

In order represent this new identity, Appart’City created a new logo, modern, actual and easy to recognize.

Appart’City’s short term goal is to become a familiar and friendly brand.

This new identity deployment started with new signs implementation and was reinforced from may 2nd through the launch of a web campain based on 2 components :

-          A « lifestyle » ad focussing on apart-hotels facilities

-          A more creative, offbeat ad, aimed to enhance with humor the advantages of apart-hotels in comparison to traditional and alternative offers, thanks to 4 major assets : comfort, quality, services and price. Fauve Hautot allowed us the honor of being Appart’City’s face and to represent our trademark’s values. This beautiful artist, through her numerous tv shows, has become an eminent figure, intergenerational, thanks to her grace, talent and simplicity.

Furthermore, Appart’City has developed new web tools, trendy and user-friendly. A brand new website has been launched, reinforced by an e-magazine in order to offer our guests a real experience. Through social networks and our community, Appart’City establishes a closer link with guests and places itself as a young, connected and popular trademark.

Today, with 120 apart-hotels, Appart’City wants to build its reputation in the french accommodation market, and continues its development in France, in Europe and in other continents.
