NH Hotel Group - The 360° NH Collection Launch in The Netherlands

NH Collection Launch in The Netherlands: a perfect example of a 360º Communication Campaign and a new way to feel the extraordinary.

With the re-opening of three out of twelve Amsterdam NH Hotel Group hotels, the Company’s upper-upscale brand NH Collection was officially launched in the Netherlands last April. After a period of refurbishments, NH Collection Grand Hotel Krasnapolsky, NH Collection Doelen and NH Collection Barbizon Palace were inaugurated as the brand’s flagship hotels in the region.

In order to promote and create brand preference amongst all target groups, prior and during the launching event, a 360º communication campaign was developed.

The campaign consisted of 3 layers built around the brand’s experience concept: FEEL. We wanted our strategic stakeholders to feel the place, feel inspired, feel unique and overall: feel extraordinary with a journey that would take them through the territories of our NH Collection brand: gastronomy, heritage, design and service.

Using online and offline channels to communicate, we built a story around the NH Collection brand and its arrival to The Netherlands generating maximum exposure, return and gaining an important number of brand ambassadors along the way.

A 3-day launch event for NH Hotel Group’s key international and national stakeholders, media, influencers and authorities, rounded off with an extensive pre and post communication strategy, raised NH Collection brand awareness impressively and resulted in an amazing global coverage.
