Born and bred in Dubai, Rove Hotels is Emaar Hospitality Group’s entry into the midscale arena. Developed as a joint venture between Emaar Properties and Meraas Holding, Rove Hotels aims to define a new niche in the UAE’s hospitality sector by reinventing the concept of value hospitality.
The concept was to create a new generation lifestyle brand that answers the growing needs of the value-conscious leisure and business travellers, with enhanced hospitality experience from three-star hotels. With Rove Hotels, both tourists and residents now have a jump off point to experience what the city is like – old and new.
The brand is simple yet inspirational, and forever true to its multi-cultural Dubai roots. Design-influenced and inspired by an uncommon Dubai, Rove Hotels simultaneously pay homage to their hometown heritage and remarkable leaps of achievement reflecting the modern, cosmopolitan and cultural identity of the city - fusing old and new Dubai into a contemporary canvas. The art in its hotels is a key feature that encourages engagement and interaction and provides numerous, irresistible opportunities to share experiences on social media. Its unique architectural concept was made with maximum efficiency - stylish and functional design furnished with taste and integrity; eco smart and affordable. Serving as a social hub for key communities, the tech-savvy properties provide free Wi-Fi connectivity throughout each hotel. The online experience matches the easy check in process, paired with a complimentary late check-out at 2pm. Each of the 26 square metre room features a 48” TV screen, designer mattresses and rain showers.
Each Rove Hotel property will feature a convenience store open 24/7, self-storage luggage lockers, and a 24-hour laundromat; as well as a pool area with sun-deck and gym; 24-hour meeting and event spaces; and The Daily: all-day neighbourhood hangout where guests can eat in or grab and go with quality coffee and healthy globally inspired food served till late.
Complementing the Dubai Tourism Vision to attract 20 million visitors per year by 2020, Rove Hotels plan to open ten properties offering over 2,500 hotel rooms in central locations across Dubai starting with its flagship property Rove Downtown Dubai which opened in May 2016.
Rove Downtown Dubai
Just 20 minutes from Dubai International Airport, Rove Downtown Dubai opened its doors in May 2016, less than two years after breaking ground. Standing on a total of 25,133-sqm lot, the hotel features 420 26-sqm meter rooms, 30% of which are interconnected, overlooking Burj Khalifa and Downtown Dubai
Rove Downtown Dubai’s architectural design is a distinct departure from the standard budget hotel approach. The public areas are housed in a podium structure. The guests are received in a minimalist but uncommonly voluminous lobby promising great things ahead.
The spaces of the lobby lounge, business centre, retail outlet and restaurant aptly named ‘The Daily’ are treated in contemporary finishes while maintaining strict budget. Even the functional spaces like luggage and meeting rooms break the conventional mould. The external ‘Mashrabiya’, an Arabic term given to a projecting oriel window enclosed with carved wood latticework, adds a local touch to the tower and is lit at roof level

Rove Hotels has announced its properties that are soon to open in Dubai, situated in Port Saeed, Oud Metha, Al Jafiliya, Dubai Marina, one adjacent to the Middle East’s largest integrated theme park Dubai Parks and Resorts, and one in Satwa with serviced residences.
Rove Port Saeed: this 270-room lifestyle hotel is situated minutes from Dubai International Airport and the Dubai Creek, and in the very heart of Old Dubai’s Deira neighbourhood.
Rove Oud Metha: 286 design-influenced rooms are strategically positioned on the fringes of Dubai Healthcare City, close to the famed Ancient Egypt themed Wafi Mall.
Rove Dubai Marina: 384 hotel rooms in a stylish marina-front address, and in walking distance to one of the most popular beaches in Dubai and the Dubai tram. This lifestyle hotel features a techno hub in addition to the main amenities to be found across all Rove Hotels.
Rove Al Jafiliya: one roundabout away from the Dubai World Trade Centre, home to the city’s largest exhibitions, is this 270 room lifestyle hotel.
Rove At The Park: this project is adjacent to Dubai Parks and Resorts and will be a 458-room lifestyle hotel, equipped with the main amenities found across all Rove Hotels.
Rove Satwa: this property featuring 480 hotel rooms is located in Dubai’s Satwa neighbourhood with access to public transportation systems and Dubai’s largest convention centre.
Rove Home Satwa: this is the first Rove Hotels project to include serviced residences under the Rove Hotels brand. 157 serviced residences are located in Dubai’s Satwa neighbourhood.
