Through education, research and development, HAAGA-HELIA prepares professionals for business and services. The Finnish school’s 10 500 students and almost 700 employees base their activities on highly advanced national and international expertise. HAAGA-HELIA is part of the Finnish public educational system. It is privately run but steered and co-funded by the Finnish Ministry of Education and Culture. Its fields of education are business, hotel, restaurant and tourism management, information technology, journalism, management assistant training, sports management and vocational teacher education.
HAAGA-HELIA University of Applied Sciences operates on six campuses in Helsinki, Porvoo and Vierumäki. Four of the campuses are in Helsinki: Haaga, Malmi, Pasila and Vallila.
The Haaga campus offers degree programmes in Hotel, Restaurant and Tourism Management both as full-time and multiform studies.
The Malmi campus offers a full-time degrees programme in Business and night and multiform studies in Business and Information Technology.
The Pasila campus is the largest HAAGA-HELIA campus. Situated right next to the Pasila Railway Station, the campus offers degree programmes in Multilingual Management Assistants studies, Journalism, Business, Sales and Information Technology. In English-language Master's degrees, the campus offers a degree programme in Tourism.
