Hotel School The Hague

Hotelschool The Hague in The Netherlands was founded and funded in 1929 by the hospitality industry. Since its foundation, Hotelschool The Hague has become an international school specialised in hospitality management offering a 4-year Bachelor’s degree in Hotel and Hospitality Management.

2000 students from all over the world study at one of the two campuses, in The Hague and in Amsterdam.  The school focuses on international hospitality management: a single English language curriculum taught by international experts in the field of hospitality. The small size of the university means there is close contact between students and staff, and this encourages the professional and friendly attitude found throughout the school.

Students are offered a challenging practical and business-oriented programme, carefully crafted to meet the ever-changing demands of the industry. This degree course is also available as the accelerated International Fast Track programme.

The Bachelor’s programme has been designed to assist the students in fulfilling their full potential. It combines theoretical and practical education with team work and individual challenges. The programme is built on a strong didactical foundation of entrepreneurial learning, where students are responsible for their own learning process.

Hotelschool The Hague facilitates their students to achieve the best with a combination of their academic and industry experienced international faculty, the most recent research findings from their Research Centre, and their international partnerships with leading business and hospitality companies.

At Hotelschool The Hague, special emphasis is placed on soft skills such as behavioural competencies and interpersonal skills. It is one thing, having a great idea; at Hotelschool The Hague they teach you how to present and sell that idea.
