The project:
Adagio Talent Adventure, launched in 2024, is an innovative recruitment initiative addressing the challenges of hiring in the hospitality sector. Designed to broaden the candidate pool and prioritize personality and soft skills over traditional resumes, the program focuses on finding motivated and enthusiastic individuals who align with Adagio’s values and culture.
The core of Talent Adventure is its unique recruitment day, structured into three key moments:
Held at a dedicated venue, the event featured a welcoming atmosphere with interactive presentations, games, and a cocktail lunch, creating a memorable experience for participants. The campaign targeted 31 open positions, including permanent, temporary, and apprenticeship roles across reception, maintenance, and food service.
The results were impressive. Out of 250 shortlisted candidates, 73 confirmed attendance, 40 participated in the event, and 31 were offered positions, filling 25.81% of the vacancies immediately. Feedback from both candidates and Adagio’s HR teams highlighted the initiative’s success in showcasing the brand and fostering meaningful connections.
