Accor's "It’s ALL Possible" Campaign: Reviving the Romance of Travel

Accor, a world-leading augmented hospitality group with 5,300 hotels, resorts, and residences across 110 countries, launched the "It’s ALL Possible" campaign to encourage travel as the world reopened post-COVID. Focusing on North America, home to key brands like Fairmont, Sofitel, and Novotel, the campaign aimed to rekindle the romance and glamour of travel and raise awareness of the loyalty program ALL – Accor Live Limitless.

Campaign Details: In partnership with Momentum Worldwide and actress Priyanka Chopra, the campaign showcased a glimpse of Priyanka's dream vacation, conveying that any dream trip is possible with Accor. The videos and offers were promoted via a dedicated microsite, email, display, and social advertising. Long-form, destination-focused articles provided additional travel inspiration, featured alongside campaign content on ALL's social media accounts and Priyanka’s channels. The offer included escalating discounts up to 30% off, improving with longer stays.

Results: The campaign exceeded expectations, achieving 1.7 billion impressions across digital, social media, and PR. Bookings increased by 111%, and revenue surged by 164% compared to the same period in 2019 (pre-COVID).

Accor successfully revived travel enthusiasm, demonstrating that "It’s ALL Possible" for guests to experience their dream vacations.
