To be eligible, the concept must have been implemented within the last two years and is operational. It should provide a new approach and vision of guest experience, with a focus on design, public spaces, and overall service quality. The concept should have the potential to revolutionize the hospitality industry and offer a better quality of service for guests.

ALL members can now book their taxi or VTC directly on the ALL app and earn loyalty points when they pay with a credit card, or use their points to pay for the rides.

This service is exclusive to ALL members, as the loyalty integration is essential to the value proposition. It allows the user to book specific trip options, such as children seats, or electric vehicles. It can be accessed via a web platform, on top of the app.
