The project:

B&B HOME, launched by B&B HOTELS in May 2024, represents an innovative and inclusive hotel concept designed to offer guests a long-stay experience that feels "just like home." Located in Saint-Ouen, France, the first B&B HOME hotel combines local roots, sustainability, and extended-stay services to redefine modern hospitality.

The hotel features 129 rooms, including 31 equipped with kitchenettes, catering to the needs of long-stay guests. Shared spaces, such as working areas, a communal kitchen, and a friendly bar, foster a sense of community and connection. Local partnerships bring unique products and animations to the property, creating an authentic and lively experience for guests.

Sustainability lies at the heart of the B&B HOME philosophy. The concept prioritizes reusing and revamping existing furniture, incorporating second-hand items in public spaces, and adopting low-impact materials. Single-use plastics have been eliminated, with water fountains, refillable eco-pumps, and returnable containers replacing traditional options. Over 90% of the products offered are French and organic, primarily sourced from within 150 kilometers, emphasizing seasonal and vegetarian-friendly food options.

B&B HOME is also committed to inclusivity and community engagement. Collaborations with organizations such as Meet My Mama, Café Joyeux, and Re-belle support social initiatives, while partnerships with local schools and an employment care center (ESAT) provide training and job opportunities. Artistic contributions from local associations like GraffArt further enrich the guest experience, creating a vibrant, culturally connected environment.

The concept has been well-received, with 85% of guests expressing satisfaction in the first month of operation. As B&B HOTELS prepares to expand B&B HOME to additional locations, the brand continues to demonstrate its commitment to sustainable living, social responsibility, and creating spaces that blend comfort with purpose. This forward-thinking approach positions B&B HOME as a trailblazer in the hospitality industry.
