Benjamin Vallée is a seasoned hospitality leader with over 15 years of experience, recognized for his innovative approach to sustainable tourism and community engagement. Currently serving as Executive General Manager of Parc Oméga and Vice President of the Fondation des Amis du Parc Oméga, Benjamin has significantly transformed the park into an immersive and sustainable destination.
Since joining Parc Oméga in 2018, Benjamin has spearheaded the development of its 67 unique accommodations and the OmegaBon bistronomic restaurant, achieving an annual occupancy rate of 87% and full restaurant capacity. Under his leadership, the park has implemented cutting-edge sustainability practices, including solar energy use, water management systems, and a zero-plastic policy. By 2025, Parc Oméga aims to become a sustainability leader in Quebec, supported by Green Key certification and a robust CSR framework.
Benjamin has established a culture of service excellence through continuous staff training, allocating 1% of total salaries to development programs.
