Canopy, the private dining experience at Anantara Golden Triangle Elephant Camp & Resort, is a unique eco-conscious concept set amidst Northern Thailand’s lush jungle. Designed as an open-sided capsule perched 52 meters above grasslands, it offers breathtaking 360-degree views of the Golden Triangle. The design, inspired by local beehives, utilizes natural materials to blend seamlessly with the environment while minimizing its ecological footprint.
The dining experience is highly exclusive, accommodating only two guests at a time, ensuring intimacy and minimal environmental impact. Guests are greeted by an innovative moss-backed terrarium showcasing Canopy’s menu, which sparks curiosity and seamlessly integrates with the eco-inspired theme.
The all-day tasting menus celebrate regional and international flavors through options like the Mekong Discovery menu, which highlights local ingredients and traditional dishes, or the Gourmet Odyssey menu, combining luxurious items like wagyu and Royal Projects caviar with elevated Thai flavors. Each dish is served in traditional, nature-inspired pinto containers, emphasizing the sustainable and cultural ethos of Canopy.
