In line with the ethos established by Founder Sir Jamsetji Tata, IHCL launched the Care @ Tajness program during COVID-19 to provide comprehensive support and care for employees, grounded in the principles of Resilience, Responsiveness, and Resurgence. This program focuses on mental, emotional, financial, and physical wellbeing, ensuring that employees can thrive within the organization.
