The concept must have been implemented within the two years prior to the date of application and must be currently operational.
The winner of this award will demonstrate exceptional innovation in F&B&E and be able to effectively communicate their vision and success in creating an exceptional experience for guests.

Opened on September 30, 2022, Chic Bistro FAIT MAISON at Sofitel Ambassador Seoul boasts about 200 seats and 2 private dining rooms. The restaurant features nude wood floors, elegantly molded ceilings, and Art Deco accents of gold and Prussian blue, creating a refined Parisian bistro ambiance.
Fait Maison not only draws inspiration from Paris but also from Seoul. Guests can enjoy a spectacular view of Seokchon Lake while savoring French classics reinvented with uniquely Korean ingredients. Breakfast offerings include oven-warm pastries and regional delicacies like Provençal eggs en cocotte. For lunch and dinner, set and à la carte menus feature the best of Mediterranean cuisine, from Monte Carlo to Portofino.
