Adapting to Recovery: Our Journey in 2022
In 2022, as the economy gradually recovered from the pandemic, we transitioned from the restrictive "scientific trend" of doing business to seeking innovative ways to attract guests back for in-person fine dining. With lockdowns in Uganda lifting after more than two years, we aimed to rejuvenate our guests' dining experiences.
To welcome back our guests, we launched a series of campaigns and promotions, culminating in our most recent success, Swahili Night. These campaigns were designed to immerse guests in cultural experiences and offer a relaxing atmosphere with good music—elements they had missed during the lockdown.
Despite the easing of restrictions, we continued to emphasize the Standard Operating Procedures established during the COVID-19 outbreak. These procedures have fundamentally altered our operations, ensuring safety while providing convenience and enjoyment.
Our efforts have led to an innovative evolution of our F&B&E service, demonstrating resilience and adaptability. We focused on creating memorable experiences that allowed guests to appreciate culture, music, and relaxation, all while maintaining the highest safety standards. This approach not only brought guests back but also reinforced our commitment to offering a safe and enjoyable fine dining experience.
