"My name is Florian Hugonet. I am 37 years old and have been serving as General Manager of the Domaine de Marlioz in Aix-les-Bains, an iconic hotel establishment renowned in the city and across the region. The Domaine de Marlioz offers a unique blend of modernity and tradition with its two hotels, Spa Nuxe, Thermal Baths (since 1857), convention center, and a 10-hectare park in a serene green setting. Inspired by L’Abbé Pierre’s quote, "To give is to receive," I strive to embody this philosophy in daily life, believing it defines true hospitality through guest relations, team management, and commitment to sustainability.

My career progression within CFH group over the past twelve years, coupled with a strong relationship with the Accor group, highlights my enthusiasm, eagerness to learn, and curiosity to innovate in enhancing guest experiences and business operations. As a Hospitality Manager, I excel in inspiring loyalty, mastering marketing, nurturing social interactions, managing finances, hosting high-quality events, and passionately representing the brand.

Each day in my role brings new opportunities and perspectives, fueling my passion for the industry. Success, to me, is when everyone grows and makes an impact. I love developing my team to become future hospitality leaders and strive to elevate our collective efforts in delivering unforgettable guest experiences. A recent example is the launch of Ciné Parc, where we hosted 8000 clients for the 3rd edition and anticipate 10000 clients for the 2024 edition. I look forward to our next adventures!"
