To be eligible, the concept must have been implemented within the last two years and is operational. It should provide a new approach and vision of guest experience, with a focus on design, public spaces, and overall service quality. The concept should have the potential to revolutionize the hospitality industry and offer a better quality of service for guests.

The Grand Magic Hotel: An Immersive Experience Near Disneyland Paris
Since summer 2022, The Grand Magic Hotel has offered guests a unique and enchanting experience. Upon entering through magical carousel doors, guests are greeted by a grand reception resembling a theatre, adorned with red curtains and digital screens previewing the adventure ahead. Mr. Maurice’s troupe provides a warm welcome and hands over the keys to begin the journey of wonders.

Meet Mr. Maurice, your charming and mischievous host. With his elegant moustache and friendly demeanor, he holds the secrets of the hotel and guides guests through a series of fantastic worlds.
The Grand Hall and 4 Fantastic Worlds
The mysterious Passage Way leads to The Grand Magic Hotel’s lounges, where Mr. Maurice takes guests on an unprecedented multimedia adventure. This extraordinary journey includes four fantastic acts:
The Grand Hall also features the Bar of the Grand Magic Hotel, designed by French interior designer Oscar Ono, Maison Numéro 20, offering cocktails themed around the four worlds.
A Unique Multimedia Symphony
For this immersive experience, The Grand Magic Hotel partnered with Canadian multimedia studio Moment Factory. Known for creating over 500 unique projects, including Madonna’s Super Bowl halftime show and Aura at Montreal’s Basilica of Notre-Dame, Moment Factory blends interior design, lighting, technology, and digital content to craft the hotel’s four imaginative worlds.
This collaboration ensures a truly magical stay, reconnecting guests with the wonder of childhood in a spectacular, immersive setting.
