Launched in 2023, Hively Hospitality marks a transformative initiative in talent management, redefining the employee experience for French family-owned hotels across Europe. After three decades without a digital presence, Hively Hospitality brings together multiple hotel businesses under a unified employer brand, driven by shared values like trust, attentiveness, humility, longevity, efficiency, and enjoyment.

The brand focuses on making employees thrive professionally and personally across the hospitality, F&B, and wellness industries. Its innovative approach to recruitment and talent development includes utilizing a modern Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to harmonize job postings and expand visibility across job boards, boosting accessibility for potential candidates. With 800 annual recruitments, including 500 seasonal hires and 100 apprentices, Hively fosters diversity with teams representing over 80 nationalities and 60 job roles.

Hively Hospitality emphasizes onboarding, employee engagement, and continuous development. It has implemented a structured six-step employee experience process, from personalized welcome kits and tailored booklets to regular feedback and team-building events. A buddy system ensures smooth integration for new hires, while challenges, quizzes, and CSR initiatives foster team cohesion.

Sustainability and inclusivity are central to Hively Hospitality's mission. Initiatives like the "Green Champions" engage employees in environmental actions, while a CSR committee addresses operational issues like waste management and energy consumption. Hively also supports diversity, achieving a 94/100 gender equality index and fostering intergenerational and multicultural teams.

The launch of Hively Hospitality’s social media presence, website, and storytelling initiatives has garnered over 21,000 followers and significantly boosted brand visibility. With plans to expand management training, host dedicated apprentices' days, and strengthen its diversity policy, Hively Hospitality continues to set new standards in talent management, enhancing employee satisfaction and positioning itself as a leading employer in the hospitality industry.
