The project:
We have successfully transformed a traditional midscale hotel into a vibrant, dynamic destination that combines the charm of holiday homes with modern amenities. Inspired by the laid-back, coastal style of the Bassin d'Arcachon, the hotel now offers a fresh and inviting atmosphere, blending the best of luxury and comfort. The transformation aimed to create a space where guests can truly experience a sense of belonging, making it a place to live, work, and relax.
A key feature of the transformation is the hotel’s rooftop, which now houses a stylish bar and restaurant. Offering stunning views of the iconic Chartrons district, the rooftop is the perfect place to unwind and enjoy a curated menu of fresh, locally inspired dishes, along with a selection of crafted cocktails. It has quickly become a popular spot for both guests and locals to socialize, dine, and take in the beautiful surroundings.
The hotel’s design has evolved into a premium boutique offering that is both elegant and functional. Each space reflects a sense of warmth and comfort, with contemporary furnishings and thoughtfully designed interiors that evoke the spirit of a holiday home. The emphasis is on creating a relaxed, yet refined environment where guests feel at home.
Additionally, the hotel now features a co-working space that overlooks the vibrant Chartrons district, providing a productive and inspiring environment for business travelers. This flexible space is designed to accommodate both individual work and group meetings, making it ideal for those who need to balance work and leisure.
Overall, this transformation has redefined the hotel as more than just a place to stay. It is now a true lifestyle destination, offering an immersive experience for both short-term and long-term visitors.
