Kimpton St Honoré Paris, known as one of the most innovative luxury hotels in Paris, introduced Bryan, an AI-controlled robot, into its restaurant in February 2024. This groundbreaking initiative makes it the first luxury establishment in the city to incorporate robotic assistance into its operations. Bryan has been designed to complement the human team, handling tasks such as carrying loads up to 35 kilograms and clearing tables. This allows the staff to focus more on providing exceptional hospitality and building stronger connections with guests.

The integration of Bryan is part of a broader effort to blend cutting-edge technology with traditional hospitality. His introduction has garnered widespread positive feedback from guests of all ages, who find his presence both engaging and unique. Bryan’s features, including his custom apron and distinctive "tattoos," reflect the creative spirit of the hotel’s Montecito restaurant.

Beyond technological innovation, this initiative also embodies the hotel’s commitment to corporate social responsibility. Kimpton St Honoré Paris has partnered with the Un Avenir Ensemble Foundation, which supports the personal and professional development of underprivileged youth. Each month, the cost difference between maintaining Bryan and employing a human worker is donated to the foundation, furthering its mission to create opportunities for deserving young individuals.
