Merveil Paris, established in 2017, is a boutique hospitality brand offering over 100 serviced apartments in the heart of Paris. The brand seamlessly combines historic charm with contemporary design, ensuring a luxurious “feel-at-home” experience for its guests. Designed and managed by an in-house team of architects, each apartment provides an intimate, high-end environment, blending iconic locations with modern conveniences.

Merveil Paris caters to a variety of needs through its integrated value chain. This includes sourcing real estate assets, transforming them with innovative designs, and offering curated guest services. Each apartment is fully equipped to provide the comfort and intimacy of home while benefiting from professional hospitality services like housekeeping, maintenance, and personalized guest support. Located in sought-after neighborhoods, many apartments offer signature views, adding to the genuine Parisian experience.

The brand has experienced steady growth, with over 110 suites and 350 bedrooms now accommodating up to 700 guests daily. With a daily occupancy rate of 90%, even amid consistent expansion, Merveil Paris has demonstrated strong demand and guest loyalty. By 2024, the brand plans to launch 10 additional locations within Paris, further solidifying its presence in this key market.

Merveil Paris also prioritizes sustainability and social responsibility. Apartments are designed with energy efficiency in mind, featuring enhanced insulation and eco-friendly amenities. Initiatives such as waste sorting, the elimination of single-use plastics, and a commitment to achieving Green Key certification by 2025 underline its ecological approach.
