This comprehensive resource introduces 20 innovative and vibrant restaurant and bar concepts tailored to meet diverse market demands and enhance guest satisfaction. The initiative aims to support hotel partners in launching or renovating their F&B outlets with cutting-edge designs, operational efficiency, and creative culinary approaches.
The catalogue includes detailed toolkits for each concept, providing actionable guidelines to assist partners in seamlessly implementing new ideas. These toolkits cover a range of essential elements, such as layout design, branding, menu engineering, and sustainability practices.
