As Associate Vice President of The Chambers at IHCL, it has been a challenging yet rewarding year for me, overseeing a crucial business vertical that plays a significant role in the company’s overall success. The Chambers is not only a key contributor to IHCL’s revenue but also serves as a vital reputation driver for the brand. Managing this important division has been a fulfilling experience, highlighting both the strategic importance of the business and the impact of effective leadership on achieving organizational goals.
Under my leadership, The Chambers has continued to perform exceptionally well, contributing over 90% of IHCL’s EBIDTA margin. This remarkable achievement reflects the team's dedication to maintaining the high standards of service, quality, and exclusivity that The Chambers is known for. It has been my priority to ensure that the team operates at peak performance, delivering exceptional experiences for members while also maximizing business growth.
In this role, I’ve been able to leverage my experience in hospitality management to build and sustain a high-performing team, foster innovation, and implement strategic initiatives that align with IHCL’s long-term objectives. By focusing on customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and brand differentiation, we’ve been able to strengthen The Chambers’ position as a premium business vertical within IHCL.
