Qmin by IHCL: Revolutionizing Home Dining
As the pandemic gripped the country in March 2020, the demand for familiar tastes from our signature restaurants grew, prompting the creation of Qmin. Launched by IHCL in June 2020, Qmin offers a safe, hygienic, environmentally sustainable, and flavorful dining experience at home. Initially delivering signature dishes from iconic restaurants, Qmin now includes comfort and festive menus, allowing guests to enjoy Taj@Home. Orders can be placed through the QminApp across 9 countries.
Since its launch in Mumbai, Qmin has expanded to 20 cities nationwide. Beyond home-delivered meals, Qmin introduced the Qmin Shop, a lifestyle gourmet store concept, and The Qmin Food Truck (Qmin On The Move), bringing the experience closer to consumers.
Qmin Celebrations, a service offering specially curated meals for bulk orders, has gained popularity among corporate and social clients. It caters to hybrid events, such as social celebrations, weddings, and corporate meetings. Qmin is the only app in India capable of serving the same curated menu to over 1000 guests across different cities simultaneously, leveraging IHCL’s extensive hotel network.
Within two years of its inception, Qmin has generated an additional 100 crores in revenue for IHCL, showcasing its success and market impact.
