Stay KooooK is an innovative hospitality concept blending high functionality and comfort, designed for modern travelers seeking flexibility and a sense of community. The brand emphasizes personalized, digital-first experiences and sustainability, redefining traditional hospitality standards. Launched by SV Group, Stay KooooK features flexible accommodations tailored for short- and long-term stays, complemented by communal spaces that encourage social interaction.
Each Stay KooooK property offers uniquely designed rooms equipped with smart, reconfigurable features like “The Slide,” a movable room element that transforms spaces to suit different needs. The “Cabinet Concept” introduces open, multifunctional spaces with compact, lockable kitchens and practical design elements like the Shaker Rail, maximizing efficiency and guest comfort.
The communal areas, “The Flat” and “The Backyard,” serve as vibrant hubs for socializing, working, and dining. These spaces, combined with a communal kitchen, create a homely atmosphere where guests can connect through curated events such as Italian nights and cocktail evenings.
The digital Stay KooooK app enhances the guest experience, offering seamless booking, check-in, and stay management, while also reducing paper waste and operational inefficiencies.
