During the COVID-19 pandemic, Swiss-Belhotel International faced significant challenges but chose to invest in its employees rather than just cutting costs. Recognizing that employees are their most valuable assets, the company launched Swiss-Belacademy in July 2020, a digital learning platform powered by Typsy and Ehotelier, across all its global hotels.

The platform offers a wide range of courses in customer service, hospitality management, leadership, and communication skills. This initiative aims to enhance staff skills and knowledge, directly contributing to business objectives. By focusing on continuous learning and development, Swiss-Belhotel equips its employees to adapt to the evolving business landscape and positions the company to emerge stronger as the industry recovers.
