Launched in 2019, The Club of Revenue Management by Radisson Hotel Group (RHG) is an innovative international community providing high-end revenue management services across 54 countries and 320+ hotels. Designed to address post-pandemic challenges, the Club offers tailored solutions that optimize revenue streams and uncover business opportunities for hotel owners and partners.
The Club leverages cutting-edge technology, including RHG’s proprietary decision-making tool, Pulse. This cloud-based platform integrates data from property management systems, financial reports, and external sources, enabling precise performance monitoring, forecasting, and strategic decision-making. Tools like Quick Quote and Book It Easy streamline pricing, availability, and booking processes for Meetings & Events, boosting operational efficiency and enhancing customer satisfaction. Robotic Process Automation (RPA) further improves accuracy, automating tasks like pricing and marketing activities.
The Club’s unique model promotes collaboration among stakeholders and integrates with various innovative systems such as Duetto, IDeaS G3, and Hotelverse. These partnerships enhance dynamic pricing, upselling, and menu optimization, driving profitability and improving guest satisfaction. The Club's focus on sustainability includes initiatives like 100% Carbon Compensated Meetings.
In 2024, RHG expanded The Club’s offerings to encompass Sales, Meetings & Events, Web Optimization, and Voice Management. The Club also invests in talent development, hosting training programs like the Summer Course in partnership with leading business schools, achieving a 40% employment rate for participants.
