• Sustainability: The hotel utilizes the Cree Building System, significantly reducing its environmental impact.

  • Material Savings: 33% reduction in raw materials, particularly concrete.

  • Recycled Materials: Lobby entrance materials include 300kg of fishing nets and 1500kg of post-industrial plastic.

Environmental Initiatives:

• Low Carbon Footprint: B&B HOTELS has one of the lowest carbon footprints in the market, at 2.11 kg of CO2 per room per day.
• Plastic-Free: By the end of 2023, all hotels will be free of single-use plastics.
• Sustainability Certification: In collaboration with SOCOTEC, B&B HOTELS developed the first sustainability certification system for the hospitality industry.
