The project:

The Oasis House offers unique country houses designed for corporate team gatherings, addressing the need for team retreats in the remote work era. Located just 1.5 hours from Paris, these houses provide all necessary work amenities in lush, green settings with various on-site and nearby activities. The mission is to help professional teams rejuvenate, connect with nature, and strengthen their unity through distinctive experiences outside their regular work environment, balancing productivity, relaxation, and inspiration.

Our French countryside houses in Vexin, Perche, and the southern countryside of Paris (Parc du Gatinais, Fontainebleau) stand out for their authenticity and convenience. We currently manage three properties and ten more under management. Services include full house privatization, customized meals, diverse activities, and transportation support, all tailored to each team’s needs.

The holistic approach combines contemporary, tech-equipped facilities with immersion in nature. Personalized team-building activities enhance team cohesion and promote experiential learning. This setting promotes responsible travel, local produce consumption, and CSR-themed activities. It fosters a strong corporate culture, enhancing communication, team unity, creativity, and innovation. Outdoor team-building activities further strengthen team bonds, particularly beneficial for remote teams or freelancers.

Founded in 2022 by Camille Personnat and Guillaume Prigent, The Oasis House merges hotel and real estate expertise to ensure quality retreats. A significant $7 million investment from Otium Capital supports their mission to redefine team retreats, emphasizing a harmonious balance between work and well-being.
