Tributary Hotel and ōkta, located in McMinnville, Oregon, debuted in summer 2022 as a boutique luxury hotel and destination restaurant. Nestled in the heart of Oregon’s Willamette Valley, the property offers an immersive experience inspired by the region's seasonal rhythms and local producers.

  • Tributary Hotel: Luxury accommodations that highlight the beauty and culture of the Willamette Valley.
  • Ōkta Restaurant: Led by Executive Chef/Partner Matthew Lightner, offering a hyper-focused seasonal culinary experience. The menu evolves with the seasons, utilizing produce from their regenerative farm.

  • Culinary Excellence: Chef Lightner, formerly of Michelin-starred Atera, crafts a 10-course tasting menu that reflects the local terroir and seasonal bounty.
  • Regenerative Agriculture: Ōkta’s farm focuses on long-term soil health and vitality, producing unique, high-quality ingredients. The farm includes a wood-fire oven for daily bread baking and a larder for preservation and fermentation.
  • Wine Program: Curated by Wine & Beverage Director Ron Acierto, featuring 100-200 wine producers with a focus on the Willamette Valley and exclusive selections.
  • Cellar Bar: An intimate lounge serving cocktails with ingredients from the farm, offering a derivative six-course tasting menu.
