"Very Inspiring People" was launched by Meliá Hotels International to attract and engage talent, a key challenge for the global tourism industry, especially post-pandemic. This initiative aims to reconnect people with the hotel industry and instill pride in belonging to it.

Designed to captivate potential talent, the program centers on the concept of "VIP: Very Inspiring People," where every employee is seen as an inspiration. The campaign emphasizes a working environment where everyone is a VIP, fostering a culture of inspiration, diversity, inclusion, and respect.

Employees are the campaign's main characters, showcasing real stories to communicate the message authentically. The initiative has been implemented with a 360º approach, both internally and externally, making it a success. The visual storytelling is vibrant, reflecting the company's modern and dynamic essence.

The campaign uses an omnichannel strategy, with storytelling led by the CEO and disseminated through internal channels and social media. The Hootsuite Amplify tool was provided to employee ambassadors, enhancing the campaign's reach. This engagement has boosted employees' sense of belonging, encouraging them to share their experiences on social media, generating positive content for the employer brand.

"Inspiring Stories," featuring testimonials from various employee profiles, has been a significant component, showcasing genuine, impactful stories. Additionally, sharing everyday moments from hotel and office employees has added authenticity to the campaign.
